Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal transfer boost as ‘Napoli eye Victor Osimhen replacement’ in Premier League raid
NAPOLI are reportedly targeting Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta as they look to replace Victor Osimhen.
It will be a massive transfer boost to Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal, who have all been chasing the Nigerian superstar.

The Serie A giants are set to sell Osimhen for £112million this summer as they prepare to revamp their squad after a miserable 2023-24 campaign.
The superstar striker is still hot property after guiding Napoli to their first league title in over 30 years last season.
And according to L’Equipe, Napoli are targeting Mateta to replace Osimhen in the summer.
The 26-year-old Frenchman has been on Napoli’s target list for some time as they wanted to sign him before they picked up Osimhen.
Mateta has impressed for Crystal Palace this term, scoring 13 goals and providing four assists in 34 league matches.
But Lille frontman Jonathan David is also another name the Italian side is interested in filling Osimhen’s boots.
Meanwhile, Osimhen has been linked to United and London rivals Arsenal and Chelsea.
Long-term suitors Chelsea and United would have to raise money through sales to be able to afford the 25-year-old.

Arsenal would also have to think hard about breaking the club transfer record they set when Declan Rice arrived from West Ham for £105m.
The Premier League trio are also likely to face stiff competition from Champions League semi-finalists Paris Saint-Germain.
The French side regards Osimhen as the best candidate to replace star striker Kylian Mbappe, with the Frenchman all but certain to join Real Madrid on a free transfer this summer.
