The former Wimbledon champion could be seen wearing a pair of blue swimming trunks as he waded through the water.
He then went for a swim as he enjoyed his relaxing day out.
Lilian, meanwhile, was spotted chilling on a sun lounger while wearing a dark crop top, black trousers and sunglasses.
While he was paddling in the water, a large growth could be seen on Becker’s elbow.
In 2020, it was claimed that the German had been suffering from what’s known as “student’s elbow”.
The Times’ medical correspondent Dr Mark Porter said: “It’s a good case [of student’s elbow].
“They are often the size of a golf ball but looking at it, this one is, appropriately, the size of a tennis ball.”
This condition can often be caused by pressure being put on the elbow, often from leaning on it while sat at a desk.

Becker last year got engaged to girlfriend Lilian.
This is set to be the three-time Wimbledon champion’s third wedding, after he was previously married to German designer Barbara Feltus and Dutch model Lily Kerssenberg.
Lilian, 33, was born in the African island of Sao Tome and Principe.
She speaks five languages including German, English and her native Portuguese – and she has worked as a political risk analyst in London.
Becker was jailed in April 2022 after being convicted of breaching bankruptcy rules.
He subsequently spent 231 days of a two-and-a-half-year sentence in prison.
Upon Becker’s release, he was quoted as saying of Lilian: “Because of her love, I survived.”
The couple subsequently moved from the UK to Milan.
Last month Becker, who has previously worked as a pundit for the BBC, reiterated his desire to one day return to the All-England Club.
He told the Telegraph: “I miss Wimbledon of course.
“It’s my favourite tournament, the greatest one. I’m working on all fronts to come back next year, 2025. That’s an option.
“But let’s see who I’m working for there, because I can’t be in the country yet.”
Becker, who has also coached Novak Djokovic, then added: “I’m the biggest fan of Wimbledon. I know the ins and outs as a player, as a coach, as a commentator. I don’t think anyone alive knows Wimbledon as well as I do.
“Ultimately you want to walk through the gates of SW19 and just smell the flowers again.”
