Fans confused as Taylor Fritz ‘draws penis’ on camera after Australian Open win – then admits he ‘sucks’ at drawing

TENNIS fans have been left confused after Taylor Fritz appeared to draw a penis on the camera after his first round win at the Australian Open.

The American star had just beaten Nikoloz Basilashvili to set up a second round clash with Aussie Alexei Popyrin.

The stunner also cheered on her man at Wimbledon last year

And Fritz, like many players do after a victory, went up to the camera and signed it.

But instead of just signing his name, the world No.9 drew what looked like a picture of a penis above it.

The 25-year-old has since explained what he was trying to draw before hitting out at himself for causing confusion.

He said on Twitter: “For your information I was trying to draw a emoji…. I just forgot the very important fact that I suck at drawing.”

Many fans have been responding to his message on social media.

One said: “ Okay Taylor.”

A second replied: “Lucky you’re good at playing tennis .”

A third chimed in with: “Keep your day job. You’re pretty good at it.”

A fourth said: “Good save .”

Another said: “Probably not the best word to describe your drawing skills.”

Amongst the crowd in Melbourne watching Fritz progress into the second round was stunning girlfriend Morgan Riddle.

But she didn’t look impressed when he said what he’s got planned after his victory.

He said: “Get some dinner, maybe some video games if my girlfriend lets me.”
