In the post, she included a busty bikini selfie from inside a sauna as she grinned for the camera.
She also showed off the sweat on her legs and filmed herself in the white and black swimwear.
The video shows Kayla laying on her back and stretching whilst inside the sauna.
Kayla also flaunted her toned abs as she almost burst out of a skimpy black corset, along with a series of selfies with her pet cat.
Additional clips showed the former college athlete playing beach volleyball with pals and working out in the gym.
Her fans were left in awe in the comments section, with one writing: “Looking absolutely amazing.”
Another added: “What a stunning beautiful woman.”

Kayla has previously been dubbed the world’s sexiest volleyball player after competing for Marshall University before launching her social media career.
The influencer now boasts a million followers on Instagram, who are regularly treated to racy snaps from her life.
Her risqué outfits have a wardrobe malfunction in the past, though, including as she attended a recent NHL match.
Kayla also showed off her bum in another post earlier this month whilst soaking up the sun during a trip to the beach.
