THE woman allegedly assaulted on Conor McGregor’s boat has pledged to travel to Spain to meet officials probing her claims.

McGregor, 34, is being investigated by Spanish cops after a woman claimed he attacked her.

McGregor denies the allegations

The assault allegedly happened on July 17, 2022, when the former UFC champ was celebrating his 34th birthday on his two yachts.

McGregor strenuously denies the allegations and Spanish cops previously stated that the MMA star was not involved.

The woman, said to be from Dublin, first made a formal complaint about McGregor to gardai after returning to Ireland.

Spanish cops this week confirmed McGregor is being investigated by a court in Ibiza over the alleged attack. The Irish Sun on Sunday has learned the woman will travel to Spain to progress the case.

A source close to the investigation told us: “The woman said she will travel to Spain to ratify her statement. She believes she has a solid case.

“She says she has evidence to support her allegations. The woman wants to run the case.”

On Tuesday, a statement on behalf of McGregor said he “steadfastly” denies any involvement whatsoever in the assault.

The Irish Sun on Sunday understands the alleged victim says there is mobile phone evidence of her injuries.

And we can reveal she claims there are potential witnesses to the alleged attack.

Our source said: “A judge will put the evidence together, people will be questioned. It will be a long process.”

It’s understood the woman is also pursuing a High Court application here to preserve any CCTV and phone footage relating to the alleged incident.
