Tyson Fury rants ‘boxing has gone to s***’ as he begs for summer fight by calling out Anthony Joshua and Usyk

TYSON FURY has blamed everyone else in the heavyweight division for his lack of action this year.

The 34-year-old WBC heavyweight king tried to lure Anthony Joshua into a short-notice December showdown but the London 2012 legend pulled out.

But it was Fury who walked away from a Saudi-funded Undisputed decider with Oleksandr Usyk, after the Ukraine icon had signed his side of the contract for a 50-50 split.

And it was the Gypsy King who moved the goalposts so many times over a possible Wembley spectacular that Usyk was forced to walk away from the farcical negotiations.

Fury did enter talks for a July defence against former WBA, IBF and WBO champ Andy Ruiz Jr but the little Mexican, who stunned AJ in 2019, asked for too much money.

It looks like Fury could end up a pointless spectacle against MMA heavyweight Francis Ngannou, which would make millions but mean nitto.

And the undefeated Morecambe mastermind seems to be getting frustrated by the sorry affair, moaning on Instagram: “Since I have been away from boxing, boxing has gone to a load of s***, absolute s***.

“I have to give everyone in the country something to look forward to, a proper event, because we haven’t had one since I last fought in December.

“I will knock all these mother f***ers out and I am ready to rumble.

“I have not fought since December, through no fault of my own, I have tried to fight that little midget Usyk but he didn’t want anything

“I tried to fight AJ but he didn’t want any smoke.

“I have tried to fight everybody.

“Andy Ruiz has asked for £20million, silly little b*****d, I don’t know where he is getting that from.

“Who is out there, who is available?”

Oleksandr Usyk was ready to agree to a fight with Fury but plans didn’t materialiseReuters

If BT Sport and Frank Warren stablemate Joe Joyce had beaten Zhilei Zhang last month, he would have been a front runner for Fury.

But the Putney Juggernaut lost through a gruesome eye injury and has activated the rematch clause, leaving Fury sulking.

He cried: “Zhang would have been a good little fight but Joyce wants the rematch so that’s not happening now.

“I cannot wait to fight Usyk, AJ, whoever is out there, I am fucking you up, because I am the baddest mother f***** on the planet.”
