Trabzonspor receive good news as Ghana forward Caleb Ekuban returns to training

Trabzonspor have been handed a major boost ahead of their Turkish Super Lig clash with Galatasaray as Ghanaian forward Caleb Ekuban returns to training.Caleb Ekuban missed Trabzonspor’s last two games against Rizespor and Hatayaspor due to a minor knock, but he is expected to make the trip to Galatasaray.The 26-year-old has been manager Abdullah Avci’s top marksman this season, bagging nine goals in the super lig and has three assists to his credit.Having started the campaign slowly due to COVID-19 and fitness problems, the ex-Leeds attacker found his goal-scoring boots following the arrival of Avci.His absence has been a big blow for Trabzonspor who have struggled with goals in their last three games.Ekuban who missed last week’s goalless draw against Rizespor netted a brace before the recent slump.
