The quality of the race and price of the horse determines how many points you score.

Grade 1 win – 25 points
Grade 2 win – 20 points
Grade 3 win – 15 points
Listed win – 12 points
Any other race win – 10 points

Points can be won on ANY race in the UK and Ireland as well as Group/Graded races in France and Group/Grade 1s in other countries.

There will also be points added on from the returns of a £1 each-way bet on the Tote (eg, £1 win at 5.50 + £1 place at 1.20 = 6.70 points awarded on top of points above).

There’s also 23 bonus races, where the winner will return an additional 25 points to the winner and and 12 points to the runner-up.
