TOP Gear star Ken Block shared a haunting final post worrying about “sketchy snow” just minutes before his tragic death.
The rally driver died in a horror snowmobile accident while on his ranch in Utah on Monday.

According to the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office, he was riding on a steep slope when the snowmobile flipped over and landed on top of him.
Early on Monday morning, the rally car-driving champ appeared worried as he shared pictures of snowmobiles covered in “sketchy snow” on his Instagram story.
He wrote in the caption: “Sketchy and snowy drive with some great snowboard entertainment.”
In the second image showing a vehicle almost entirely blanketed in snow, he said: “There’s a canamoffroad X3 under there somewhere.”
In another image showing a row of parked snowmobiles, he wrote: “Hell yeah!”.
Just a week before his death at the age of 55, the Top Gear star shared pictures with his Instagram followers trying a new snowmobile in Idaho.
Block admitted he still had “a lot to learn” as he wrote in the caption: “It was my first day on my new ‘23 Ski-Doo Summit X Turbo, and this thing rips! Lots of power up at high elevations, and wheelies all day!
“Epic early season powder, and an amazing first day. Wheelies, deep pow turns, and a lot of learning on this new sled – good times!”
And early on Monday morning, Block shared pictures showing a number of snowmobiles covered in snow.
He said in the caption: “This is how some mornings at my ranch in Utah look this time of year – freshly coated with snow!”
The tragic news of his death was confirmed by his team Hoonigan Racing Division who said “he will be incredibly missed.”
“Ken was a visionary, a pioneer and an icon. And most importantly, a father and husband,” it read.
Block became one of the most famous Rally car drivers in the world after he started competing in 2005.
He landed Rookie of the Year in his first season in the Rally America Championship.
Block also competed in motocross, skateboarding, and other action sports.
He was known to the UK audience after appearing in two episodes of Top Gear.
In the first, he starred alongside James May as ‘Captain Slow’ partnered with him in his Subaru for a rally stage around Inyokern Airport in California.
And in the second he was challenged by Jeremy Clarkson to drive a three-wheeled Reliant Robin around the test track – but he rolled it at the first corner and escaped unharmed.
He co-founded the skating fashion brand DC Shoes in 1994 with his business partner Damon Way.
Block also produced the Gymkhana video series, which featured him driving on dangerous tracks and obstacle courses.
The series racked up millions of views on Youtube.
Ken leaves behind his wife Lucy and his daughter Lia, 16, – who is also a driver.
