Sky Sports News presenter reveals terrifying ordeal when tyre blew with family in car as he says ‘look after each other’

SKY SPORTS NEWS presenter Pete Graves suffered a terrifying ordeal while travelling on the motorway.

His car tyre blew out as he drove on the M6 with his wife and kids and dog in the car.

Friends and followers sent well wishes to Pete Graves and his family

Thankfully they managed to avoid a serious crash but he and his family were left “shaken”.

He thanked those who rushed to their aid and advised his followers to look after each other.

Graves, 41, wrote on X: “Was involved in an incident today. My tyre blew as I was driving full pelt down the M6.

“Wife, three kids and dog all with me. Thankfully we’re safe and sound but shaken and emotional. Could have been so much worse.

“So many kind people have helped us. Look after each other. X”

He received several well wishes from concerned followers and friends.

Former EFL striker Aaron McLean wrote: “So glad you’re all ok mate ”

A follower said: “Glad to hear you and your family are safe x”

And another added: “Hope you’re okay mate. Scary when you get a blowout at that speed.”
