Price crashes on Willie Mullins’ horse ‘all the rage with punters’ for blockbuster Scottish Grand National
BOOKIES have reported a price crash on a Willie Mullins horse who’s ‘all the rage’ for the Scottish Grand National.
Coral have been forced to cut the odds even further on last weekend’s Grand National runner Mr Incredible.

The Midlands National second is now into 6-1 from 16-1 and joint-favourite with Mullins’ other market leader Macdermott.
The genius Irish handler has vowed to launch an all-out assault in his bid to land the British jumps’ trainer title and is currently 1-2 to do so.
He is leading the way but locked in a tense three-way battle with Dan Skelton and Paul Nicholls.
Mullins won last weekend’s Aintree race with I Am Maximus, adding another £500,000 to his running tally.
Victory in Saturday’s feature at Ayr is worth £112,540 and could prove crucial in the battle to be top dog.
Coral’s David Stevens said: “Having been left in the Coral Scottish Grand National at Monday’s entry stage following his Aintree unseat last weekend, Mr Incredible has been all the rage with punters.
“His price has tumbled from 16-1 down to 6-1.
“His title-seeking trainer now has joint favourites as he looks to extend his lead in the championship.”
Mullins won’t have it all his own way, though.
Nicholls has entered former Albert Bartlett hero Stay Away Fay, Broken Halo and Flash Collanges.
While Skelton’s 12-1 chance Sail Away was a winner at the meeting last year and ran well in a Grade 1 last time out.
Willie’s son Patrick is confident Mr Incredible can put in a good show having unseated at Aintree.
He said: “He started slowly and only did a lap before he came down, so he didn’t exert himself too much.
“He’ll probably take his chance again on Saturday.
“He actually jumped The Chair perfectly and ran into the back of a horse that made a mistake.
“He didn’t get a great start and nothing went right, but it might be all for luck.
“It’s a huge step up in class for Macdermott, but he has always looked a staying chaser and the extended trip should bring out the best in him.”
