Pokemon fans go wild as they claim relic of hit show found during Liverpool clash at Southampton
POKEMON fans believe Kyle Walker-Peters had a secret weapon in Southampton’s 4-4 thriller with Liverpool.
Lovers of the hit show reckon the Saints’ full-back was hiding – or creating – a Pokemon relic under his shirt!

The England ace was snapped cleaning a ball for a throw-in – turning it into the spitting image of a deadly poke ball.
The round object is used in the series to catch and contain Pokemon, as well as being the symbol for the show.
One fan also compared KWP‘s hidden weapon to a Voltorb – a sot of electric version of a poke ball that is ultra-sensitive and easily explodes at the slightest of shocks.
It couldn’t have been at St Mary’s on Sunday, then – because it would have gone bang from the startling events in a goalfest where each side overcame two-goal deficits.
Dioga Jota and Roberto Firmino put Liverpool 2-0 up as Southampton showed why they have finished bottom.
But James Ward-Prowse, Kamaldeen Sulemana’s first two strikes for the Saints and Adam Armstrong made it 4-2 to the relegated hosts.
Gakpo and Jota then netted inside 60 seconds to complete a contest as animated as any Pokemon show.
As for Walker-Peters, his electrifying form in a flat season for Southampton could yet earn a switch to a Prem giant.
