MMA fighter Randi Field hilariously patted her bum during her press conference as she demonstrated why it is so hard for her to cut weight.

The Canadian, 32, will take on Ashley Cummins at Bellator 293 on Friday at a 120-pound catchweight in California.

Bellator’s flyweight limit stands at 125lbs, while atomweight is all the way down at 105lbs.

But Field, who is also an OnlyFans star, is naturally in between the two and would welcome a strawweight division like the UFC have at 115lbs.

This conversation around the weight classes led to a brilliant moment at the press conference.

She was asked: “Are you able to make 115 in the future and do you think Bellator should open up that division?”

To which she replied: “I would love if Bellator opened up that division. I usually fight at 115 and my only problem making 105 is… this [pats her bum].”

The action led to widespread laughter across the press room.

She then finished by saying: “That is why I am not an atomweight fighter.”

Elaborating on how training for a 115lb fight differs, she said: “I also find the training camps to be less stressful. When I’m fighting at 125, I’m always constantly trying to gain weight.

“I’ll go take a poop, and I’m back at Square 1.

“So yeah, 115 I’m definitely good at it, and I’m very strong for the division.”

Field has won three and lost one of her four professional MMA bouts to date.

She is returning to the octagon after nearly 12 months out – with her last bout coming in a win over Maraya Miller last April.
