Neymar, 31, looks set to leave Paris Saint-Germain after six years as the French side plot a mammoth rebuild.
And Mundo Deportivo claims there are numerous English clubs keen on a transfer.
Neymar has previously revealed his admiration for Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Man United.
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe is also thought to be preparing an offer.
And the report adds the Brazilian could have his pick of the bunch at the end of the season, with each side expressing interest.
But SunSport understands United hold the most serious interest in Neymar.
The Red Devils are plotting to bolster their forward line this summer.
However, a deal hinges on the outcome of the takeover saga, with Sheikh Jassim the man bidding to bring Neymar to Old Trafford.

The World Cup winner’s contract is expiring after two years in the French capital.
And Barcelona are hoping to seal a stunning return.
But Messi is also thought to have received a world-record salary offer from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
Should he accept, the Argentine forward would reignite his legendary rivalry with Cristiano Ronaldo – who joined Al-Nassr in January.
