Neymar next club odds: Bookies reveal favourites as PSG to listen to offers, with Chelsea and Man Utd among contenders

THERE could be quite the transfer saga ahead this summer with PSG reportedly willing to listen to offers for Brazilian superstar Neymar.

And Sky Bet’s list of favourites to sign the 31-year-old is looking good for those of us who’d love to see him in the Premier League.

That’s because four of the leading six clubs to sign Neymar this summer all come from England’s top flight, with Chelsea the leading fancy of those involved.

But it’s a return to Barcelona which currently leads the way as the 7/1 favourite.

The Blues come next at 8/1 and are joined at those prices by Barca’s arch enemies Real Madrid, which would cause quite the stir in Spanish football.

Manchester United have long been linked with a move for the attacker and are priced at 14/1 — just behind rivals City at 12/1.

Neymar has scored 118 goals in 173 PSG appearances since his near-£200million move back in 2017, which remains the largest transfer in football history.

He hasn’t been able to add to those stats in the latter part of this season after undergoing surgery on an ankle injury back in March, ruling him out for the remainder of the campaign.

But that didn’t prevent him from having an angry mob of PSG ultras turn up at his HOUSE, chanting for him to leave the club.

It followed a similar message to that of team-mate and friend Lionel Messi, who was told to leave the Parisians after his suspension and subsequent news he’d be quitting the club in the summer.

PSG condemned the actions of the few supporters, saying: “Paris Saint-Germain most strongly condemns the intolerable and insulting actions of a small group of individuals that took place on Wednesday.

“Whatever the differences of opinion, nothing justifies such actions.

“The club gives its full support to its players, its staff and all those targeted by such shameful behaviour.”

Those actions could make Neymar’s mind up after he liked an Instagram post claiming PSG were a ‘small club’ – though he does still have two years left on his current contract.
