Newcastle keeper Loris Karius emerges as shock Inter Milan transfer target and has good reason to join
INTER MILAN are interested in signing Newcastle goalkeeper Loris Karius, according to reports.
The shot-stopper played his first competitive game in almost two years in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.

He joined Toon last summer as third choice keeper and is likely to return to the bench with Nick Pope back from suspension.
According to FCInternews, Inter could offer him a similar role as they are on the search for a replacement for Samir Handanovic, who could retire in the summer.
Karius, 29, is out of contract at Newcastle at the end of the season so a free transfer could be on the cards.
And the German could be tempted by a move to the San Siro, particularly as his girlfriend Diletta Leotta is Italian.
Diletta lives in Italy where she works as a presenter on DAZN’s coverage of Serie A.
The pair were spotted enjoying a getaway in Milan days before the cup final last week.
Diletta jetted into London at the weekend to watch partner Karius in action, and was left blown away by the Newcastle support despite the result.
Diletta also gave Karius a consoling kiss following Manchester United’s 2-0 victory before flying back home to Italy.

The 31-year-old told Karius how “proud” she was of him after the match, while she also penned an emotional open letter to him before kick-off.
The couple have been dating since the end of last year and Diletta wrote a gushing message to the keeper on Valentine’s Day.
