MMA star Aorigele suffered quite possibly the most painful injury ever – which had fans all saying the same thing.

The heavyweight fighter faced Myung Hyun-Man of South Korea in 2017 in a bout that ended in unimaginable pain.

Just seven seconds in, Myung landed a brutal groin kick that resulted in a no-contest.

And it left fans grimacing in pain as one page said the fighter’s testicles “completely explodes” from impact.

One tweeted: “Poor guy, I don’t wish this on my worst enemy.”

Promoters Road FC told MMAJunkie at the time that Aorigele was released from the hospital “shortly after his admission.”

They added that “no lasting or permanent damage” was done to the fighter.

Aorigele himself said: “What’s left now is to return to Road FC after a full recovery, meet Myung Hyun-Man and put on a thrilling match.

“Many people might have misunderstood what happened in our match. It was totally an accident.

“Myung Hyun-Man didn’t do it intentionally.”
