Man Utd trolled by Bayern Munich fans singing ‘Football’s coming home’ as they hit new Champions League low
MANCHESTER UNITED were brutally trolled by Bayern Munich fans as they crashed out of the Champions League.
The Red Devils suffered a 1-0 defeat to Thomas Tuchel’s side on Tuesday evening, leaving them rock bottom of Group A.

They were knocked out of the competition as a result and even failed to qualify for a place in the Europa League.
And to make matters worse, they faced taunts from travelling Bayern Munich supporters at Old Trafford.
Bayern fans started singing “Football’s coming home” – a song synonymous with English football – immediately after Kingsley Coman scored the decisive goal.
Football fans took to social media to react, with one person writing: “Elite level banter .”
Another added: “This is hilarious not just the fact it is embarrassing for United but also that Germans have become so proficient at speaking English they sound like them too.”
A third wrote: “Hahaha class!”
While one Man Utd fan commented: “Worst part tonight was we didn’t have a go at Bayern .”
United let in 15 Champions League goals this season – no other English team have conceded more in the group stages of the competition.

The Red Devils also suffered four defeats in six games, winning just once.
Speaking after the match, manager Erik ten Hag told TNT Sports: “We didn’t lose it today, that’s clear. We had a good performance but also we made mistakes. Individual errors. In the end it was not good enough.
“Today’s performance was very good, we didn’t deserve to lose, but we lost the game.
“The team did very well. We were very good in defending organisations, very good in the pressing. But we did not take enough benefit from it, that’s the truth.
“But also Bayern is a good team. Even when they are not in the game, they have individual class and just need one moment. Unfortunately that happened.
“We know we want to be more consistent. As manager I have to improve the team, I have to guide them and the players have to take the responsibility. We have to do that together.
“The players gave everything, you saw the spirit. I have to credit the team, big compliments to the way they worked together, as a team, against a good Bayern side.
“You need energy from the bench, especially our front line, the options were limited.”
Man Utd will now turn attention back to the Premier League.
Ten Hag’s side face Liverpool on Sunday.
