KOBBIE MAINOO continues to earn deserved praise for his performances on the field.

And now he is getting hailed for his class off it.

And he was on hand to help out a team-mate in the Wembley dressing room after the game.

But instead of joining in, Mainoo quickly grabbed Amad Diallo and got him out of the way.

The move is believed to be because the talented winger, 21, is a Muslim and consuming alcohol is banned by his religion.

Amad deleted his social media at the start of Ramadan to focus on his faith and football.

The 4-3 FA Cup semi-final classic was a key moment en route to the final and Amad’s contribution will not be forgotten.

He would have been playing on an empty stomach due to fasting requirements during Ramadan.

Amad told ITV after the game: “I think that is the best goal of my career”
