Susan Gardner’s eight-year-old looked a natural when winning easily on his chase debut at Exeter last time.
His jumping was foot perfect and he saw out this trip well. There is surely more to come.
PASSING WELL (3.10 Newcastle, nb)
He held his own in the Grade 1 Challow Hurdle at Newbury on New Year’s Eve and faces nothing like that standard here. He won on his UK debut at Uttoxeter and can progress again.
FLOWING CADENZA (2.15 Ffos Las, treble)
She had more than eight lengths in hand when winning at Hereford and can cope with an 8lb rise in the weights.
