ENGLAND and George Ford were punished after Wales blocked the fly-half’s conversion.

Ben Earl touched down for England minutes after Wales had scored the first try of the game – but Ford was unable to add two more points to the scoreline.

The England fly-half was then timed out of his kick

That’s because dyuring his conversion run-up, the 30-year-old hesitated and stopped, allowing Wales to move forward.

One Wales star stood directly in front of the ball, and with Ford unable to kick for goal he was timed out.
