Former WWE champion shock name among latest releases as Triple H makes several staff cuts after WrestleMania
FORMER WWE champion Jinder Mahal has been cut by the company in a surprise move.
The Maharaja was the biggest name to be let go as the company – run by CEO Triple H – continues to axe talent.

“I Quit. Maharaja Out,” he confirmed on X before changing his status to “free agent – 90 days”.
Xia Li, Xyon Quinn, Veer Mahaan and Sanga were all dropped alongside Mahal.
Veer and Sanga recently partnered up as Indus Sher with Mahal as their manager.
“When it comes to the honor and respect of Indians, sacrifice comes first. Good Bye WWE,” posted Veer to confirm the news.
Li was a hugely popular figure in the ring and drew support from her colleagues after the announcement.
“Xia is one of my favourite people. We bonded at the performance center immediately,” Chelsea Green wrote on X.
“I’m sad to see her go, but she’s one of the most driven people I know. It’s only up from here!!”
Roman Reigns is reportedly stepping away from the WWE following WrestleMania 40.
The now-former WWE Undisputed Champion, 38, lost his title to Cody Rhodes in Philadelphia.
“I’m told that although Roman Reigns will be off TV for an indefinite period of time,” tweeted Wrestle Votes.
“I hate to hear that. We need the Tribal Chief on television,” one fan said.
“That return will be epic though.”
A second said, “Expected but hurts to read nonetheless lol.”
WWE legend The Undertaker has confirmed he is now at peace with his decision to leave the ring after a spine-tingling WrestleMania cameo.
The 59-year-old said on his Six Feet Under podcast: “I’ve been struggling with it since I retired, but [WrestleMania] weekend gave me closure. It really did.
“It was fun. Doing this for as long as I have and being involved in that, and how important that storyline was and is.
“When it was over and I’m running out of the building, I’m like: ‘I’m good now.’
“My last match was in the Boneyard, and nobody was there. [WrestleMania XL] was a moment of clarity that I had.
“It’s time to flip the page.”
