White had a chance to win before clipping the edge of the pocket on his way to a 62-43 loss.

After missing the shot, the Whirlwind looked on in disbelief before tossing his cue onto the table.

He quickly picked it back up before walking away to allow Surety to take his shot.

Surety was able to pot the blue to claim victory and progress to round two in Swansea.

Despite his frustration at missing, White still shook his opponents hand at the end of the match.

This yearā€™s Snooker Shoot Out got underway in Swansea on Wednesday and will run until Saturday.

However, White will not be involved any further after his opening round exit.

The 61-year-old has enjoyed an impressive career, having won the UK Snooker Championship.
