Denmark U-21 coach invites Nikolas Nartey for UEFA Euro U-21 ChampionshipÂ
Nikolas NarteyDanish footballer of Ghanaian descent Nikolas Nartey has been invited to the Denmark U-21 team ahead of the UEFA Euro U-21 tournament which kicks start next week.Denmark is in group C of the tournament alongside France, Iceland and Russia.The Danes begin their campaign against France on March 25.The 20-year old has been impressive for German Bundesliga II Sandhausen in the ongoing campaign and has been rewarded with a call-up by coach Niels Frederiksen.The central midfielder made his debut for the Denmark U-21 side on 6 September 2019.He has played for the various junior national teams for Denmark.At club level Nartey has made 15 appearances for Sandhausen in the ongoing campaign and has registered one assist.
