GARETH BALE let his emotions get the better of him as he pushed away a cameraman at the end of Wales’ defeat to England.

A frustrating World Cup for The Dragons ended with a 3-0 defeat to rivals England.

Bale was substituted after making just eight touches on a frustrating night for Wales.

The Three Lions dominated from start to finish and Wales bowed out on the tournament with a whimper.

And when a cameraman tried to capture Bale’s feelings after the game, he was brushed aside by the Wales captain.

Bale was in no mood to have his face broadcast across the world after failing to impress once again.

Bale, 33, scored Wales’ only goal of the tournament when he converted a penalty in the draw versus USA.

But he failed to impact the game in the defeat to Iran and completed only one pass against England.

But it is not the end of the international road for Bale – at least as far as he is concerned.

Bale, 33, insists he WON’T retire – as long as coach Rob Page still wants him around.

When asked about playing a part in Wales’ Euro 2024 qualification campaign he said: “I hope to be there. I’ll keep going as long as I can and as long as I’m wanted.”

Manager Rob Page was asked about Bale’s future ahead of Qatar and he hinted at the Wales legend continuing to play a role.

Page said: “He will carry on. I expect him to be there. I do.

“I will tell you why, irrespective of what is going on in his career, he is always there for Wales. Whether he is playing or not at club level he just loves playing for Wales.

“If we have two games back-to-back, I’ll say to him, ‘You’re not starting the second game, I’ll see how it goes and might need you late on’.
