WAFA named three goalkeepers in match day squad for Dreams FC clash

WAFA traveled to Dawu with three goalkeepers for their match day 12 encounter against Dreams FC on Wednesday.The Academy boys were forced to make the trip with all three goalkeepers following injuries in camp.Captain Abubakar Sanda and Michael Dwamena missed the 3-0 defeat at the Theater of Dreams.Coach Prosper Nortey handed Bortey Acquaye his debut as the Sogakope outfit had to cope with the absence of many of their starters.WAFA have mostly swapped between goalkeepers Owusu Boliver and Ferdinand Sabi Acquah, but were forced to add another goalie for todays match.The Academy Boys have been left short handed following the departure of top scorer Daniel Lomotey and the injuries to key players.Dreams FC had no mercy on WAFA after beating them 3-0. A brace from Issah Ibrahim and Sulemana Fahadu was enough to hand Dreams all three points.WAFA next travel to Dormaa to play Aduana Stars.
