Transfer: Manchester City Tell Arsenal Jesus’ Price Tag

English Premier League side, Manchester City have revealed the price tag for Brazilian forward, Gabriel Jesus amid interest from North London side, Arsenal.

There have been speculations that Jesus might be moving to the Emirate at the end of the season.

The club manager, Mikel Arteta is hoping to work with Jesus next season following the departure of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from the club in January.

Arteta has been an admirer of the Brazilian player ever since he worked as the assistant coach at the Etihad.

The Gunners have plan to invest largely in a striker during the summer transfer window with possibilities of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah both set to leave the club at the end of their expiring contracts.

The Mirror disclosed that Man City are demanding at least £40 million for Jesus, with the club manager, Pep Guardiola open to allowing him to leave the club this summer.

This is coming at the time Manchester City has shown interest in signing Erling Haaland from Dortmund for a fee of around £62m.

The Citizens will utilise the cash from the sale of Jesus to spend on Haaland.
