Tottenham next manager odds: Tuchel favourite if Conte is sacked or walks, De Zerbi and Pochettino strong possibilities
ANTONIO CONTE’S long-term future at Tottenham is in serious doubt.
And bookmakers Betfair have responded by updating their next manager market with Thomas Tuchel and Brendan Rodgers installed as favourites!

The pressure ramped up on the Italian again this week after a second-half capitulation against Manchester City.
Spurs took a two-goal lead into the break with them but collapsed and eventually lost 4-2 at the Etihad Stadium.
The result left Tottenham with just a single Premier League victory since returning from the World Cup hiatus.
They are now fifth in the division and trail rivals Newcastle by five points having played an extra fixture.
Conte’s contract up at the end of the season, but the club do have an option to extend it by a further 12 months.
However, he couldn’t hide his frustration after Thursday’s loss, and made concerning noises around the club’s expectations and their level of investment.
He said: “I want to improve the team and the club with my vision, with my idea, with my suggestions. Then for sure we see.

Asked about his future, Conte added: “This situation is my personal situation and then will be the time to make the right decision for me, for the future, for my family, but this situation doesn’t affect the work and doesn’t affect the team.”
If Conte does walk or is axed, former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is the leading candidate to replace him in North London having been priced at 5-1.
Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers is next in the market at 6-1, ahead of Mauricio Pochettino and Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi at 10-1 and 12-1 respectively.
Diego Simeone and Marcelo Bielsa are locked together at 14s, ahead of 16-1 duo Sean Dyche and David Moyes.
