BRISTOL ROVERS winger Scott Sinclair has shown off his ripped physique after splitting from actress Helen Flanagan.

It was confirmed by Flanagan, 32, last week that she had separated from Sinclair, 34, after 14 years with the footballer.

And now the ex-Manchester City and Swansea forward has revealed his shredded body to those on social media.

He then jetted off to Dubai where he could be seen all smiles enjoying the sun and swimming pools.

But it is Sinclair’s body transformation that has caught the eye more than anything.

As a youngster at Chelsea, the attacker was a slim, nippy winger.

Sinclair spent five years at Chelsea between 2005 and 2010

Now he has completely reinvented himself with his huge biceps and ripped abs.

Sinclair has three children with Flanagan – Matilda, 7, Delilah, 4, and Charlie, 2.

He is playing for boyhood side Bristol Rovers in League One after coming through the ranks at the Memorial Stadium before switching to Chelsea 18 years ago.

He has registered six goals and three assists in 33 appearances this season.

He joined Joey Barton‘s side last summer on a free transfer after spending two years at Preston.

Prior to that, the former Man City and Aston Villa winger spent four years at Celtic between 2016 and 2020.

He enjoyed a trophy-laden spell in Scotland, winning three Scottish Premierships, three Scottish Cups and three Scottish League Cups.
