Newly appointed Chelsea head coach Graham Potter worked with Ghanas Black Queens in 2007, Joy Sports has reported.
The 47-year-old was appointed technical director of the Black Queens team ahead of the 2007 Womens World Cup.
Ghana was paired alongside Australia, Canada, and Norway in Group C of the tournament.
The Black Queens lost all three games and exited the competition at the group stage.
Graham Potter prior to his appointment was the Hull Universitys football development manager.
He was responsible for the technical and tactical training programme, match preparation, and team selection for the Black Queens ahead of the Womens World Cup.
After the tournament he was later appointed assistant assistant coach for the England Universities squad.
Graham Potter was appointed Brighton manager in the summer of 2019 after he succeeded Black Stars technical advisor Chris Hughton who guided the Seagulls to avoid relegation in the Premier League that season.
