MO FARAH REVEALS HIS TRUE IDENTITY AS AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT
Olympian and Long-distance legend Mohammed Farah has revealed his true identity as an immigrant. Mo Farah has confirmed his actual name is Hussein Abdi Kahin and not Mohammed Farah.
Sir Farah i now a British citizen but is actually from Somalia. He made these revelations in a BBC documentary..
He said that he was trafficked into the United Kingdom as a kid after the death of his father. Mo Farah also confirmed that he came to live with his aunt and uncle in West London during the heat of the Somalia war. His father was killed in the war.
The Long-Distance legend claims he was 8 years when he landed in London under the pretence that his dad showed no interest in him but actually, he was not alive then. He was forced to become a domestic helper for the family he lived with. He confirms his real mother is still alive in Somalia.
His disturbing upbringing came to light after he made waves in the 5000m and 10,000m during the 2012 London Games. As a result of his exploits for British Athletics, Farah was knighted in 2017.
The record holding Olympic champion said, ‘I had all the contact details for my relatives and once we got to her house, the lady took it off me and right in front of me ripped them up and put it in the bin and at that moment I knew I was in trouble.’
‘If I wanted food in my mouth my job was to look after those kids, shower them, cook for them, clean for them, and she said “If you ever want to see your family again, don’t say anything. If you say anything, they will take you away”.’ he added.
Farah also revealed his PE teacher, Alan Watkinson helped him to escape from the woman who brought him to London. Mr. Watkinson also assisted the young Farah to obtain UK Citizenship.
BBC will air the documentary titled ” The Real Mo Farah” on Wednesday, July 13th. The film sees the real Mohammed Farah in a healthy chat with Sir Mo Farah.
Sir Mo Farah apologized for using his name and promised to bring him to London to visit him.
