Man Utd transfer boost as Real Madrid ‘refuse to pay England star Jude Bellingham’s £130m fee set by Dortmund’

MANCHESTER UNITED have been handed a huge transfer boost after Real Madrid were reportedly left cold by Jude Bellingham’s huge transfer fee, according to reports.

The teenage ace has quickly become one of football’s most in-demand stars and will likely be at the centre of a transfer struggle next summer.

Borussia Dortmund landed Bellingham for a snip of £25m in 2020 and the midfielder has quickly become one of the Bundesliga’s biggest attractions.

But it is seemingly inevitable that he will leave the club soon with virtually all of Europe’s biggest teams interested.

Real Madrid were believed to be front of that queue but Spanish media site Sport report the Spanish giants have been put off by the asking price.

Dortmund’s valuation of £130m for the Englishman is thought to be too high for Los Blancos, even though Bellingham is a top target.

This development could open the door for Manchester United, who are among the sides jostling in line for the 19-year-old.

Bellingham looks likely to be one of the stars of the next generation and a big money-move for him would not be out of character for Man United.

Especially if the Red Devils lose one of their biggest stars soon, it could redouble efforts to bring more world-class talent to Old Trafford.

Liverpool are also believed to be in the frame for Bellingham as they look to freshen up their midfield after a slow start to the season.

And Chelsea, who have also been linked to the Dortmund man, have owners who are not shy about spending money.

Bellingham has made 109 appearances for the club since his 2020 move.

He has scored seven times and notched up two assists in his 20 appearances across the Premier League and Champions League.

The ace is known for his intelligence, movement dribbling ability and work rate.

He will look to demonstrate more of those qualities in the upcoming World Cup.
