KYLIAN MBAPPE wants PSG to make a fresh move for his good pal and former team-mate Bernardo Silva this summer.

The Portugal international has indicated he will speak to Manchester City about his future again at the end of the campaign.

In the last two close seasons, he has asked the champions to listen to offers for him as he wants to move closer to his homeland.

Nothing suitable has been put on the table – but PSG were one club that expressed the most interest in landing the midfielder.

Mbappe has an increasingly influential role with the French giants after snubbing interest from Real Madrid to sign a new contract last year.

If he stays in the French capital himself this summer, he would love Silva, 28, to join him.

He spent his early years playing alongside Silva at Monaco and will urge them to make a renewed bid to land him when the summer window opens.

His contract at the Etihad, however, runs until 2025 and City are unlikely to let him leave unless a major offer comes in.

City are planning to sign a new midfielder themselves this summer with skipper Ilkay Gundogan’s contract expiring and Silva’s future once again uncertain.

And their coffers will be boosted by £1.5m with their former midfielder Ivan Ilic poised to join Marseille.

The Serbia international, 21, never played a game for the English champions after joining them in the summer of 2017.

He was sold to Hellas Verona for around £7m three years later – but City inserted a sell-on clause of around 25 per cent of any future profit.

Despite interest from Brighton, Ilic is poised to move to the French club – with a bid of over £13m on the table.

City also have matching rights on the Serb but are not looking to bring him back.

The extra money they make on the deal, however, will boost the summer transfer kitty.
