Ghanaian right-back Jan Gyamerah has revealed it was his dream to play for Hannover 96 but the Bundesliga II outfit rejected him.According to Gyamerah, who was born in Berlin, Germany, he grew up cheering for Hannover because the people around him supported the club.My entire environment actually consisted of 96 fans, that was the team I wanted to play for when growing up. Gyamerah told sportsbuzI was never offered the chance to play for Hannover that made me look for a different club.The 25-year-old is currently on the books of Hamburger SV, having started his career at VfL Bochum.He has made 17 league appearances this season and assisted one goal as Hamburger occupy second position.
