German-born Ghanaian Jan Gyamerah has expressed delight in Hamburg SV’s victory over former club VfL Bochum.The 25-year-old starred as the visitors secured a 2-0 win at the Vonovia Rhurstadion on Friday night.Amadou Onana opened the scoring after 28 minutes before Khaled Narey sealed victory with an 89th minutes strike.We are super happy that we won this game, even if we played better.We really wanted to take these three with us, so that we could finally reward ourselves again and close the gap to the championship leader. We are totally happy that this plan worked and that we are taking the points home with us,” he said after the game.The victory sends Hamburg two points behind the league leaders Vfl Bochum in the promotion fight.Gyamerah who is making a return from injury has featured 16 times this season in the Bundesliga II.
