City supporters invaded the pitch at full-time after their 1-0 win over Chelsea – having clinched the Premier League title on Saturday following Arsenal’s defeat to Nottingham Forest.

A man who looked a lot like Grealish was spotted on the pitch

And the Man City players were quickly ushered off to protect them from the onrushing crowd.

The fans wandered around the pitch taking in the stadium celebrations.

But as the cameras scanned across the field, they caught a man that looked strikingly like Grealish.

And the hair and face of the fan almost caught out Sky Sports host Jones.

As it cut to the supporter, Jones could be heard saying: “I thought that was Grealish then for a second.”

Social media then poured in with their reaction to the Grealish look-a-like as Sky Sports’ Premier League account labelled him “Gack Jrealish”.
