Arsenal winger, Bukayo Saka has been told to exit the club if the Gunners fail to qualify for UEFA Champions League next season.

Naija News understands that Arsenal currently sit in the 4th position on the English Premier League table with 48 points.

However, former Tottenham striker, Garth Crooks has told Saka to look for greener pasture elsewhere if Arsenal could not at the end of the season maintain its current position for a chance to participate in the Champions next season.

Arsenal moved into the EPL top four on Sunday after beating Watford 3-2.

Saka, Martin Odegaard and Gabriel Martinelli all got on the scoresheet for Mikel Arteta’s side against Watford.

The reason the Gunners are still flirting with a top-four place is due largely to the brilliance of Bukayo Saka,” Crooks told the BBC while speaking on Gunner’s current rampaging form.

He added: “The England international has grown tremendously since he played in the European championships and seems to glide through games these days.

“If Arsenal can’t provide Champions League football for the youngster, then I suggest he finds it somewhere else. Talent like this should not hang around.”

Naija News reports that Saka is known for his attacking incisiveness and creativity, he is often considered one of the best young football players in the world.

Meanwhile, Sunday’s Manchester Derby was devastating for Ralf Rangnick’s side, losing 4-1 to Pep Guardiola’s city.

Manchester City are now six points ahead of rival, Liverpool, though with a game in hand for the Reds.

Naija News understands that Jadon Sancho had given the Red Devils a beam of hope after scoring an equaliser in the first half which ended 2-1.

United’s best was, however, not enough as Guardiola’s boys made the Etihad Stadium unconducive for the visitors.

Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez both scored twice, creating a 22-point gap between the clubs.

The defeat is another blow to United’s chances of qualifying for the Champions League next season, Naija News understands.

The Red Devils now trail Arsenal by a point in fourth, who also have three games in hand.
