Diego Costa forced to hold back sub Matheus Nunes as Wolves star goes mad on touchline at ref during Leeds loss
UNUSED substitute Matheus Nunes was sent off deep into injury time for Wolves – flying into a rage that saw Diego Costa play peacemaker.
The ex-Chelsea striker was spotted holding back the incensed Portugal international in the dying moments of Wolves’ 4-2 home defeat to Leeds United.

Nunes, 24, was outraged with the officials for allowing Rodrigo’s late goal.
He was shown a red card by Michael Salisbury in astonishing scenes at Molineux.

Rodrigo scored seven minutes into stoppage time to beat Sa but Wolves were furious claiming Adama Traore had been tugged down in the build up.
Yet again it went to VAR and yet again Wolves lost the decision to the fury of Nunes who was red carded for his protests from the sidelines.
