CHELSEA are tipped to bid for Lyon right-back Malo Gusto – ahead of long-term target Denzel Dumfries

Inter Milan’s Holland ace Dumfries has been linked with the Blues as well as Manchester United.

But Gusto could be an easier and cheaper option.

Chelsea’s England full-backs Reece James and Ben Chilwell are back in training after serious injury.

But in their absence players like Trevoh Chalobah, Cesar Azpilicueta and Conor Gallagher have failed to fully convince.

Now Potter could pounce in the final week of the transfer window – having already made six January signings.
