Alleged Assault: Ronaldo, De Gea, Pogba, Rashford Unfollow Greenwood On Instagram
Some big names in the Manchester United squad have unfollowed their embattled team-mate, Mason Greenwood on Instagram after he was arrested over allegations of rape and assault.
The likes of David de Gea, Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford, Edinson Cavani, Fred, Jesse Lingard and Paul Pogba have unfollowed the striker, despite following other squad members.
However, the likes of Harry Maguire, Bruno Fernandes, and 18 squad members have maintained their social media followership of the 20-year-old.
Recall that Greenwood’s ex-girlfriend, Harriet Robson had accused the 20-year-old player of violence and rape via her Instagram stories.
Robson shared voice recording and photos of the injuries she sustained from the attacks inflicted on her by the Man United forward.
The development saw Manchester United suspend Greenwood until further notice.
